Registered Medical Herbalist (BCHA, Dip Pht)
Registered Holistic Nutrition (NANP, Dip HN)
Certified Personal Trainer (ACE)

I first discovered herbal medicine, nutrition, and fitness training through my semi-professional career in tackle football and Ironman triathlons.

As one of the smallest athletes in these demanding sports, I turned to ancient healing practices—Western Herbal Medicine, Greek Humoral Medicine, and Ayurveda—to overcome physical limitations and achieve peak performance. I started The Asklepian Method  in order to support those who wish to optimize their health, performance, and longevity through proven traditional medicine practices.

In every herb, every practice, every ritual—the whispers of ancient healers guide us home to wellness.

Drawing inspiration from Asclepius, the ancient Greek god of healing, The Asklepion Method represents an integrated approach to holistic wellness that honours timeless healing wisdom through modern application.

Asclepius revolutionized ancient healing by recognizing that true wellness encompasses the whole person – not just problematic symptoms. The Asclepions created sophisticated holistic models using water therapy, therapeutic arts, dream work, restorative nutrition, herbal medicine, and spiritual practices to treat mind, body, and spirit as one.

Through dedicated study of these ancient healing traditions, I've developed a comprehensive practice that brings this divine wisdom into today's world.

My integrated approach combines Herbal Medicine, Holistic Nutrition, Premium Natural Supplementation, Homeopathy, Live Blood Analysis, and Ontological Coaching to transform your overall health and vitality

Just as the ancient Asclepions transformed lives through whole-person healing, The Asklepion Method seeks to revolutionize your modern health and performance by treating you as the complete, complex being you are.
